How do I book an appointment? I can't find your schedule.

At this time I require new guests to fill out my New Guest Digital Consultation Form before gaining access to my booking system. This form will guide you through how to book, what to book, and give me all the deetz on what you're looking to achieve to make sure we're a great fit.

It will take you less than 5 minutes to fill out and will keep us from having to play email tag!

Why do I need to upload pictures of my hair on the consultation form?

I know you've heard that old saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words", and in this case it's worth even more. Everyone sees color and length differently, what is short to you may be medium length to me, so to ensure that we start off on the right foot seeing photos of your hair from different sides in natural lighting is a necessity. Don't stress over showing your face or if you're hair isn't styled, its no biggie!  

PRICING

Pricing listed is subject to change with above average use of product or time. You will be made aware of the price you will be paying prior to the service being preformed.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

A late arrival fee of $15 will be applied after 15 minutes past your appointment time, if services are able to still be rendered. If there is not enough time and you need to be rescheduled, a late cancellation rebooking fee will need to be paid as stated above before making a new appointment. 

NO SHOWS

"No shows" or appointments that are missed without any notice will be charged a rebooking fee of 50% of all services booked before a new appointment can be made.

REDO

If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue with no additional charge! That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session, if it has been discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute for a “re-do”. 

RETURNS

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase. 

CHILDREN

Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. Arranging childcare prior to your appointment will help you relax during your appointment and help ensure the best results possible.
